Philippine Long Distance Call

Today I called long distance to Philippines. It's been a while that I am not talking to my close friend so when I got up I try to call Ate Amor but I wasn't able to contact her.Then try to call Elmer, Elena (gang) but I was not able to contact them. If the line is not busy it's out of coverage area so I'm looking numbers of my friend in my phone but no one is available. I really wanna talk to them sometimes but maybe they are busy or maybe the line was just very busy.
